Fruitcake Eating Competition
The International Fruitcake Eating Championship is an annual event held in Santa Claus, Indiana. Competitors go head-to-head to finish a one-pound Grandma's Fruit & Nut cake in the fastest time.
Sponsored by Beatrice Bakery Co, home of Grandma’s Original Fruit & Nut Cake, a holiday favorite since 1917, and hosted by Santa’s Candy Castle, which became the nation’s first themed attraction upon its dedication in December 1935.
Competitors in 2012 said it was the best fruit cake ever! 2013 Challengers are gearing up! Mick Foley, three-time WWE Champion and inductee into WWE Hall of Fame, announced his participation.
