Hello.  My name is Cory and I am considered the new kid on the block at Beatrice Bakery Company.  Most of my career has been in Quality or Research & Development, but this is the first time working for a small, community-based employer where it is not uncommon to have numerous employees hitting 30 year work anniversaries.

I manage a wide range of areas including quality assurance, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. We have been striving for SQF certification, maintaining and improving facility and products to meet standards that are state and federal food processing inspections.  It is important to us to make continual improvements of our process to meet customer expectations.  

We are trying new product formulations periodically to target consumer trends such as reduction of sugar, removal of high fructose corn syrup, gluten-free line, and removal of partially hydrogenated oils. We support all laws governing food production and will strive to meet new regulations.
